Before you ask, "Nope. You do not have to be a mom or even a parent. M.U.S.T. welcomes anyone with a need to nurture our River, communities and the sustainable strengths of both."
All of us -- whether we focus on sustainable food systems or sustainable transportation -- recognize the things we care about require a coherent groundswell of creative ideas and community outreach.
Most immediately, M.U.S.T has come together in response to the spread of gas drilling in our Basin -- whether that incursion is in Pennsylvania or New York.
Some of us will attend and report back on our local governments. Some of us will go door-to-door as part of person-to-person educational efforts.
Whatever we bring to the table, we need each other and we need local control of our futures.
