Campaign Description
Join the Catskill Mountainkeeper in our Town Board Watch. Help us find out what proposals are before your town board. We want to keep track of the developments and construction projects that your town board is considering. We urge you to attend your town board meetings and take notes, bring home any handouts and report back to us on the the CMK site in the forum. Together we can start to keep track of all the proposals to develop in the Catskills. Only then can we begin to develop a sound and sustainable strategy to protect the region.
How to Participate
You can participate by attending your town board meeting. As a citizen you have the right to find out what your town board is deciding. Your town board has a planning board who determines what developments are approved. Your participation is crucial for us so we can begin to survey the developments being proposed throughout the Catskill region.
